SITUATION

  • Ideally located on the slopes of the town "Capian", overlooking the Garonne, Château La Chèze is a property of 30 hectares which 10 hectares currently planted with vines. It was built by the Lord of "La Chèze" in 1515.

  • Today, this small family domain develops its high potential to develop an authentic local wine in the tradition of great Bordeaux.

  • To do this, the culture of the vine is conducted on the rational mode. The low yields are strictly controlled. The grapes are picked at perfect ripeness vinified carefully to keep clean varietal character and terroir. This provides a wine balanced that combines the characteristics of grape varieties to the typical local.

  • A light barrel aging allows to bring an extra touch needed for successful aging.

  • This wine made in compliance with nature can be drunk young or keep several years, which will further refine its bouquet.
